New body plan.

I know that constantly wanting to change your body is a bad thing. However, I'm not a bit happy with my body shape at the moment. Plastic surgery is out of the question and so is a complete hour glass shape, but a little more shape couldn't hurt.

I was looking into exercises that would widen my hips, slenderize my waist and thicken my legs, and mainly its squats and calf lifts. As well as CARBS, CARBS, CARBS.

Seeing as how the New Year is rolling around, I want to really get the ball rolling on making my body sexier FOR ME. I want to feel extremely well about myself by spring. So here's to doing what I hope happens.
