Working out jitters and calorie intakes.

No one gets to see results in one day. No one, unless you're fresh off of a surgery table. But even then,  you still have to wait to heal.

I plan on really getting the workout in today. Yesterday was just me playing. Now that I've enlisted in the help of my "ex", who's in really nice shape btw, I hope to see some results by maybe the end of the week. Even if by a little.

I got in a nice workout yesterday but nothing too serious. After all, I was just warming my body up. Before I go to my intense workout today, I plan on stretching like mad crazy.

In addition to all of that - I need to learn how to control my calories. Like how much to burn and how much to intake. I enlisted in the help of myfitnesspal and these were my results from yesterday.

Pretty good except apparently I went over the fat limit and protein limit and I still had calories and carbs to take in.. Need to up my meals apparently. And of course drink lots of water.
