I'm doing terribly well and bad at the same time.

As far as exercise goes I'm doing great. Just look!

But I did terribly as far as my calorie intake and the balance of burning calories. Today is my break day. Because I pretty much over did it. But I'm still going to log everything I eat on my fitness pal.

I need to get it together. And stress isn't helping either.

  1. You can't be so hard on yourself! I know it sounds ridiculous, but the best thing to do is to just break it down into simple terms. Eat well (don't focus on calories but rather quality of food) and just keep moving. Trust me! Good luck love, and remember to keep up positive talk, no one can perfectly hit every calorie or exercise goal everyday, give yourself some slack!
